Shipping policy
Standard Delivery on 'in stock' items have a delivery aim of 3-5 working days in the UK, and 10-20 working days for all other countries. Please note that in some cases, items may be dispatched separately.
Please note that delivery times may also be a little delayed due to weather conditions and public holidays. Unfortunately our delivery times are only estimates, but we have found them to be accurate in the majority of orders. However if you do not receive your item within 30 working days of order (non pre-order items), please do contact us immediately for further assistance.

Delivery Costs

Free Delivery
If your order is over the value of £100, your delivery is free! Orders will be shipped using the Standard Delivery service. Please ensure that the required discount code 'NORTHPOLE' is entered at checkout, as we are unable to apply the discount code once your order has been processed.
These items just need a little more time to be delivered. Please check item descriptions for timescales on pre-order items, however please note that payment will still be processed immediately. The same delivery cost will still apply, however please only select 'Pre-Order Shipping' if your item contains a pre-order item.
International Orders
My Christmas Pyjamas welcomes all international orders. We can deliver worldwide to most destinations however these are placed at your own risk, and Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for any delays from the shipping company.
There is an delivery fee of £14.99, that will be applied at checkout on all orders to Europe.
There is an delivery fee of £20.99, that will be applied at checkout on all orders to The Rest of the World.

Your international order does not include the payment of any duties (customs tariffs), taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment - these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
