What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, GooglePay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.

When will I be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of the order being submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.

How do I get a discount code?
Be sure keep an eye out on our website, sign up to our newsletter and follow all of our official social media for surprise discount codes, latest products and competitions.

How can I use my discount code?
After entering the valid promo code at the Cart page, your order will be discounted. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/ promotions.

How do I know what size to choose?
All pyjamas are true to size so we would recommend choosing the size that you would usually wear in pyjamas / clothing, however recommend sizing up if in between sizes. Please also note that the tag size that comes with the item may be larger than the description size, due to the country of manufacture.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order at My Christmas Pyjamas is easy, all you have to do is browse, add to basket and checkout.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, it cannot be amended/cancelled.

How do I subscribe to your newsletters?
You can subscribe using your email address on the bottom of the Home page.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
If you no longer want to subscribe to My Christmas Pyjamas newsletters, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our newsletters. Please note that once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect. If you change your mind later and want to subscribe to our newsletters again, please enter your email address at the bottom of the homepage to subscribe.

How do I track the shipment of my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with your Royal Mail (UK only) tracking number, which can be tracked here. We also use other carriers such as DX, DPD, Fedex and Hermes dependant on the weight and shipping address. Tracking numbers can be found on your delivery emails.

If you did not receive any delivery emails, please check your junk folder. 

How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time varies from country to country and depends if your order contains a pre-order item and also on the carrier. For more details regarding delivery times, please click here.

What is a pre-order?
Sometimes, you'll come across an item (pyjamas in our case!) so fabulous that you have to grab them whilst you can! A pre-order is a purchase for an item that is not yet in stock.

Which pyjamas are available for immediate dispatch?
We try to keep our Bestsellers in stock and therefore standard delivery times (3-5 working days) apply, unless otherwise mentioned on the description. If on pre-order, these will be clearly marked in the description in red text at the top.


How does pre-order items work?
To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. and you will receive a confirmation immediately. We will then order this item in from our supplier, and when the item arrives at our My Christmas Pyjamas HQ, we will ship within two business days. The exact delivery date on pre-order items is unknown and the estimated dates for arrival are approximate only, however is usually within 2-4 weeks.

How do I know if an item is a pre-order?
All pre-order items will be marked at the top of the description with 'THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY ON PRE-ORDER' and will have an estimated shipping date in the description.

I want to order a non pre-order item and a pre-order item, how does delivery work for these?
If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a pre-order, your entire order won't be shipped until everything is in stock. This is important to note. If there are other items you wish to receive right away, please place two separate orders (one for the pre-order item(s) and one for the items in stock).

What about changes in delivery date?
Because the item has not yet reached us, we cannot guarantee the exact date your item will posted. We give the time frames in good faith, but this is outside of our control and sometimes change without prior notice. If your order is time sensitive we suggest purchasing something in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount immediately

What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?
We don't expect this to happen as all orders are quality checked before we sent, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at sales@mychristmaspyjamas.co.uk, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
