We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times are subject to postal services, which may occasionally cause delays beyond our control - therefore, we are not able to guarantee Christmas Delivery.

However, Royal Mail and DHL have recommend the following last post dates for Christmas delivery:

Please note that the above are just recommended dates, and we will dispatch your order the same day, if orders are placed before 12pm (Mon- Fri). 

Standard Delivery on 'in stock' items have a delivery aim of 3-5 working days in the UK, and approximately up to 21 working days for all other countries. Please note that in some cases, items may be dispatched separately.
As pre-order items are handcrafted with lots of love and care by the elves back in North Pole, they take a little longer (please check item descriptions for delivery dates). 

Please note that delivery times may also be a little delayed due to weather conditions and public holidays. Unfortunately our delivery times are only estimates, but we have found them to be accurate in the majority of orders. However if you do not receive your item within 30 working days of order (non pre-order items), please do contact us immediately for further assistance.
Please note the following;
Delivery times are estimated and are based on orders placed by midday (12pm).
A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the Monday.

Free Delivery
If your order is over the value of £100, your delivery is free! Orders will be shipped using the Standard Delivery service (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Please ensure that the required discount code 'NORTHPOLE' is entered at checkout, as we are unable to apply the discount code once your order has been processed. Please note this cannot be used with other promotions.
 
Pre-order Items 

These items just need a little more time to be delivered. Please check item descriptions for timescales on pre-order items, however please note that payment will still be processed immediately. The same delivery cost will still apply.

International Orders
My Christmas Pyjamas welcomes all international orders. We can deliver worldwide to most destinations however Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for any delays from the shipping company.

Please note that all international orders are sent 'DDU' (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means your international order does not include the payment of any duties (customs tariffs), import clearance, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment - these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
